John has operated at all levels of business – from consultant in small private enterprises to project director on multi-million dollar projects – for over 30 years in a wide range of enterprises of all sizes in the UK, Ireland, Europe and New Zealand.

John observed businesses everywhere continually battling, trying to make their structures and systems better and, more often than not, only making them more complicated.

Determined to change this, he developed a series of proven techniques that remove complication from any business and leave in place elegant efficient structures and systems.

On one of his early visits to New Zealand John put all of this knowledge into a set of books and the Integrated Modelling Method (IMM) was born! He successfully piloted this powerful system in London Underground in 2003.
